Lisa Ballard is not able to take on new clients at this time but may have additional space beginning in the month of May.
Kristen Lee is not able to take on any new clients at this time; this will be re-assessed in September 2026.

Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and play therapy, I practice from a trauma-informed, integrative approach that is tailored to meet the unique strengths and needs of each client and their family.

Kristen N. Lee has been committed to supporting children, teens, and their parents since the beginning of her schooling and professional career. She obtained a Bachelor of Applied Human Sciences specializing in Child, Youth and Family studies from the University of Guelph in 2008. She then pursued the two year Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at Carleton University, graduating in 2010. Her initial focus was supporting children and youth within the school system, followed by later moving into the community to support parents and families in their homes.
